VANRATH are currently working with a recognisable Civil Service organisation based in East Belfast, as they are currently recruiting a DP Accountant to join their team for a period of 6+ months. The successful DP Accountant will be responsible for supporting the finance function at month end, with the timely and accurate production of management accounts. Alongside the month end responsibilities, you will be tasked with supervising a small finance team, ensuring that transaction processing is maintained to the required levels.

To be considered for this role, it is essential to be a Qualified Accountant with at least 1+ years' experience of supervising/managing a team, alongside the proven experience of producing management accounts.

This role is being offered on a hybrid basis, with 2 days a week working from home. Initially the contract will be for a period of 6 months, with the potential for extension.

• Strong MS Excel capabilities
• Management accounts experience
