This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join a dynamic central team, taking ownership of digital strategy and brand marketing across multiple business units.
The Role
As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for shaping and delivering digital campaigns while managing the full marketing remit for two environmentally focused brands within the group.
This position blends hands-on execution with strategic planning, requiring strong digital marketing expertise and a creative approach to brand development. You'll work closely with sales, product, and marketing colleagues to strengthen brand presence and generate measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Design and roll out digital strategies across several group brands.
Oversee all key digital channels including SEO, PPC, CRM/email campaigns, websites, social media, and analytics.
Use data-driven insights to optimise performance and enhance lead generation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure online activity supports broader commercial objectives.
Brand Marketing
Develop and deliver annual marketing plans and campaigns for designated brands.
Coordinate trade shows, events, advertising, and content creation projects.
Partner with sales teams to provide tailored collateral and targeted campaigns.
Build and sustain brand recognition through cohesive multi-channel communication.
Manage marketing budgets effectively and track ROI.
General Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and to a high standard.
Maintain compliance with GDPR and data protection requirements.
Produce regular reports and recommendations based on campaign analytics.
Contribute proactively to the wider marketing function and undertake additional duties as required.
Essential Criteria
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
Minimum of 2/3 years' experience in both digital and brand marketing roles.
Proven record of managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong analytical and reporting capability, with advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
