Digital Marketing Executive (£30k) (Hybrid)

VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Digital Marketing Executive for a leading financial organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a thriving company that offers an amazing working environment, fantastic package and progression opportunities

This role will be Hybrid working, involving a split of working in Belfast City Centre, and working from home. This is a Monday - Friday position (Permanent).

The Role

  • Email campaigns communicating Company insights and news;
  • Plan, deliver and monitor an ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) via engaging content (including video, infographics etc);
  • Launch optimized digital and online adverts when appropriate through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. and other channels to increase company and brand awareness;
  • Implement, manage and report on SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc);
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.) review and report to team and directors;
  • Manipulate / prepare image files for use within all marketing tools; and
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and maintain & update website with relevant information.

The Ideal Person

We are looking for an organised, motivated, and passionate Digital Marketing Executive who will have:

  • 3rd Level qualification in Marketing or a related discipline or demonstrable experience.
  • Experience of managing social platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. A good understanding of the different tone of voice required for each.
  • Knowledge and experience of SEO, Google Analytics and content-driven marketing.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms' native analytics to monitor and assess content performance
  • Copywriting and design skills to produce marketing materials for both print and online

Desreable Criteria

  • Practical marketing experience.
  • Competency with administrative and design tools & software e.g., Adobe CC, Canva etc
  • Knowledge and experience using Google Ads, PPC etc
  • Previous experience with CRM systems, email marketing software (e.g. Mailchimp) and/or website CMS, survey creation software (e.g. Survey Monkey) and social scheduling software (e.g. Hootsuite).
