VANRATH has partnered with an award winning Martech scale-up business to help lead and grow their Product Marketing team with the hire of a Senior Product Marketing Manager.

Heading into year 10 of operation, the company is growing past the 100 employees mark, and continues to have huge success with a seamless, cost-effective Martech platform that helps its clients nurture their customers to become lifetime brand advocates, whilst spending more in the process.

Since 2013, their referral programmes have delivered more than $1.5bn revenue for 450 brands including Charlotte Tilbury, Farfetch, Nutmeg, Pret a Manger and Puma.

The Role:

This award-winning business creates a "refer a friend and get x discount" pop-up at the checkout for some of the biggest brands in e-commerce!

You'll make these pages on behalf of the brand, making sure they look stunning and match the brands aesthetic.

You'll use a client's brand guidelines (if they have them) and digital assets to create conversion-oriented layouts, then implement them by updating the CSS of the standard HTML customer's journey.

As well as creating beautiful designs, you'll use BrowserStack to test them. You'll create visually perfect user experiences across devices (e.g. website, in-app, email) that blow clients away! You'll work in a team of 8 Designers - which is increasing quickly.

If you like variety, you'll get it here - working with clients from ASOS through to Bloom and Wild, you'll constantly be adapting your style to their guidelines.

What you'll be doing:

  • You'll style Referral products for industry-leading brands across web and email
  • You'll communicate with internal Operations and Client Success teams who handle design requests
  • You'll manage client design projects, ensuring delivery on time and of the highest standard
  • You'll communicate directly with brands and their design teams where needed
  • You'll peer QA your teammates work to ensure team output is always of the highest standard
  • You'll identify improvement and optimisation opportunities in the customer journey with the team


The Ideal Person:

  • You can demonstrate a digital portfolio of clean and modern visual language
  • You've got sophisticated layout and typography skills
  • You've got experience using brand guidelines for visual applications
  • You've got experience and knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design (across browsers and devices)
  • You've used Figma and Photoshop
  • You're well organised, and can work to tight deadlines
