The Company:
Leading fit-out contractor based in Antrim, Northern Ireland. They carry out high end fit-out projects across multiple sectors including high end residential, commercial, hotels and more.

The Opportunity:
Lead the Design team, delivering a robust design capability from estimation through to site installation, ensuring delivery within budget, programme and to the client's specification.

The Design Lead will be responsible for all aspects of design across all projects with a focus on best practice, adding value, enhancing buildability and maximising commercial success. The Design Lead will play a pivotal role in driving digital construction, continual improvement and innovation.

The Ideal Person:

• Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
• Extensive experience in Design Management
• Leadership and people management skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, solve problems and deliver results
• Ability to foster relations with clients, supply chain partners and internal teams
• Experience of fit-out projects with detailed Joinery
• Knowledge of BIM processes, design software and building regulations
