About you:
- Qualified Solicitor: You are a qualified solicitor with proven experience in defence litigation, ideally within a reputable law firm environment.
- Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical abilities, enabling you to assess complex legal issues and develop effective defence strategies.
- Client-Centric Approach: You are dedicated to providing exceptional client service, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored legal solutions to achieve favourable outcomes.

What you'll do:
- Defence Litigation: Manage a diverse caseload of defence litigation matters, representing clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation, staying abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and precedents to inform legal strategies.
- Case Management: Handle all aspects of case management, including drafting legal documents, preparing witnesses, and conducting legal analysis to ensure the effective representation of clients.
- Client Engagement: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress, advising on legal options, and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.

Who are you?
Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE working in defence insurance litigation. Specifically, with experience in any of the following areas:
- Noise induced hearing loss
- Industrial disease
- Motor
- PL
- Insurance indemnity issues
