Are you looking to further your skills as a Database Administrator? We are currently working with a leading software house, which focuses on software solutions for Bookmakers. My client is committed to improving their offerings, and adding new features to help the bookmaker. Celebrating their most recent success after building a 'best in class' EPOS solution for betting shops.
We need a talented individual to support the team and liaise with customers and product owners. The ideal candidate will hold strong communication skills and knowledge of the software/IT industry.
Requirements:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve third line incidents and problems.
  • Maintain and administer the overall database infrastructure.
  • Management, administration, availability, performance and improvement of the SQL databases.
  • Script and migrate code and schema between development, test and production servers.
  • Export/import client and analytic data with different level of transformations
  • Write optimised T-SQL queries for database objects and ad hoc reports.
  • Write and develop production database objects like tables, indexes, stored procedures, triggers, views, functions.
  • Optimise data patterns to improve and optimise performance, maintainability and security.
  • Update and upgrade SQL Server versions across production, reporting, test and development database servers.
