Data Systems Administrator (25K/ Office Based)

Job Description

A Northern Ireland-based team specializing in refurbishment and outfitting services for luxurious cruise ships and yachts is currently seeking a Database Administrator to join their growing team. As a member of the Business Systems Team, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity in a global marine outfitting organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency of Master Data
  • Monitoring Item Creation Requests and creating Item Master information in D365
  • Managing project-specific ERP data from Contract Award to project completion
  • Activating Production Users Job Card Device and User Personalisation Import, Design Users Timesheet Setup
  • Handling data quality issues and ensuring Master and Transactional Data Integrity Housekeeping
  • Reviewing and contributing to User documentation and project documentation
  • Undertaking additional duties as directed by Management

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 3 years' administration experience
  • Strong numerical data handling skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to interpret and understand data
  • Collaborative mindset with initiative
  • Proven track record of delivering accurate, relevant, and timely information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
  • Methodical and highly organized

Desirable Criteria:

  • 3 years' administration experience in Manufacturing or Construction Environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages (e.g., PowerBI, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP Systems
  • Previous fit-out company administration experience
  • Previous Finance Office Administration experience
