Job Description

VANRATH are thrilled to be assisting one of our major clients in Belfast with the recruitment of a Data Entry Administrator to join their expanding team. The organisation have a great reputation and place immense value on their staff.

This is a position that requires combining excellent organisational skills, people skills and multitasking skills.

This is a Monday - Friday position.


£23,000 - £25,000 per year + fantastic benefits in a modern workplace


  • Scanning documents into electronic format or filing paper documents into storage systems.
  • Review documents for accuracy.
  • Maintain security of confidential information by following data security procedures.
  • Review documents for scanning errors and rescanning them if necessary.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Work in a team environment and/or independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure files are properly classified, named, and saved in corresponding drives.
  • Keep a record of documents retrieved, scanned, saved, and destroyed.

Essential Criteria:

  • Accurate, punctual, dependable.
  • Experience of working as part of a team.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software.
  • Able to communicate effectively.
  • Current driving license.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Post-secondary education.
  • Administrative experience in a busy office environment.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation.
