Job Description

VANRATH are recruiting an experienced Data Analyst for a large HSCNI organisation based in Belfast.

The successful post holder will play a pivotal role as a data analyst lead, helping to shape the team and meaningful projects. This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door with HSCNI. The role is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

The organisation has a huge presence across Northern Ireland and the UK and provide essential services across all communities. This is an immediate job opportunity and the successful candidate will enjoy working on a multitude of highly impactful projects.

Salary

HSCNI Band 8a - £48,399.00 per annum

+ Holiday Pay + Pension + Discount Benefits

Responsibilities

  • The production of high quality management information and analysis to assist in the monitoring and measurement of key goals, targets and objectives across performance management and service
  • Auditing data quality to ensure that the correct procedures and systems are in place to enable consistency and accuracy in the capturing and recording of information including follow up with stakeholders regarding queries and issues.
  • Provide high quality ad-hoc, routine, contractual, organisational and statutory information to support internal and external performance monitoring including developments of performance dashboards
  • Help to identify areas of under performance including supporting the development of actions plans and trajectories where appropriate
  • Developing, documenting and using methods for data extraction from corporate systems and production of information
  • Accurately interpret and clarify information requirements using discretion and initiative with limited supervision.

Candidate

  • Degree Level (preferably statistics, maths, data science)
  • 3-5 years' Data analysis experience
  • Excel knowledge
  • SQL
  • PowerBI / SharePoint desirable
