This global technology company is looking for the candidate to be fluent in both English and French, along with coming from an IT background.

  • Customer Service experience
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Basic technology background/experience
  • Troubleshooting skills

The role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide first line customer support through telephone and email
  • Provide a valuable input to product development and improvement
  • Connect customers with various company departments and functions
  • Use troubleshooting abilities to provide solutions to customer problems
  • Document queries and requests on the company ticketing system
