Customer Support Specialist (23k salary - hybrid)

Job Description

VANRATH are pleased to be working with an established client with a global presence. We're looking for multiple Customer Support Specialists to join an award winning team that provide fantastic opportunities for career progression and development.

The hybrid work model consists of 3 days in office and 2 from home. Hours are typically 2pm - 10pm but can vary with earlier starts available. Extensive training is provided upon onboarding.

The Role

  • Providing 1st line technical support
  • Providing solutions via telephone and email
  • Follow escalation procedures
  • Document and track customer issues
  • Use troubleshooting skills to provide solutions

The Ideal Person

  • 1+ years experience in a similar position
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Interested in IT/ technology
  • Excellent communication skills
