The Opportunity

Our client is a UK-based, technology-driven organisation experiencing continued growth across its customer portfolio. With a strong focus on long-term partnerships and service excellence, the business supports B2B customers through innovative digital solutions and a highly collaborative internal culture.

To support this expansion, they are looking to appoint a Customer Success Executive. This role is central to maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring successful onboarding, and uncovering opportunities to expand existing accounts.

The Role

This position suits someone who enjoys working directly with customers, managing multiple relationships, and playing a key role in account development. You'll be responsible for guiding clients through their journey, ensuring they receive ongoing value, and acting as the link between customers and internal teams.

The role involves regular engagement with stakeholders, insight-led account management, and occasional UK-based travel for meetings or industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of B2B customer accounts
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships by understanding client objectives and challenges
  • Identify and support growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Coordinate customer onboarding, working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition
  • Act as a point of contact for product queries, resolving issues in collaboration with technical teams
  • Track account performance and provide clear updates and reports to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Support contract renewals and commercial discussions
  • Represent the business at client meetings and relevant industry events
  • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to support new features and releases

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year's experience in a client-facing or account management role
  • Experience working within a B2B environment, ideally in technology, financial services, or consulting
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with a range of stakeholders
  • Analytical and comfortable working with performance data
  • Well organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
  • Hybrid working with one day in office.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including pension, private healthcare, and life cover.
  • Health and well being support schemes.
  • Enhanced annual leave with the option to purchase additional days.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Access to professional development and online learning resources.
  • Employee reward and discount programmes.
