Customer Service Manager (50k -Manufacturing- Hybrid/Dunmurry)

Job Description

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a global leader in survival and safety solutions with the recruitment of a Customer Service Manager to join the sales support team. A fantastic company to work within, with many opportunities for progression within a growing company in a thriving industry

This is a Hybrid working position with 2 days at home, and 3 days in office (Pick and choose which day you want to work at home). Permanent position.

Shifts are Monday - Thursday (8.30am - 5.00pm) Friday (8.30am - 2.00pm). The office is based in Dunmurry, in office.

Salary

£40,000 - £50,000 + Fantastic Benefits package, and development opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • You will help establish and implement customer service standards in region while supervising a significant customer service team or similar unit.
  • Develop and implement a regional relationship management plan for potential customer accounts to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers
  • Collect feedback from identified customers or customer segments to ensure their needs are met, providing themes, summary analyses, and recommendations for changes
  • Communicate the local action plan
  • Analyse, prioritise and develop a response or improvement strategy to customer issues
  • Develop and propose your own performance objectives
  • Manage and report on team performance where necessary to ensure the achievement of team and personal objectives
  • Set clear objectives for each customer call or meeting, tailoring standard materials to make presentations meaningful to decision makers and influencers

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Managerial / Team Leader experience in similar role in Manufacturing or FMCG/Logistics
  • You will have excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • You will have excellent problem-solving, process orientated and solution focused skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft package
