Customer Service Experts - (£27K / Immediate Start)

Job Description

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a leading modern Finance firm with the recruitment of Multiple Customer Service Experts.

The shifts for this position are - Monday to Friday (Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm & 1 Hour lunch, with occasional 12.00pm - 8.00pm - Also one Saturday shift per month 9.00am - 3.00pm ). No weekend working!

The role will incorporate Hybrid working - 3 days Working From Home & 2 days Working on the Ormeau Road in Belfast.

First few weeks will be all in-office for Training purposes.

Immediately available or individuals with a 1-week notice will be preferred.

Permanent Position.

Salary

Salary & Bonuses (£22k salary + Average bonus of £5k) - OTE £26,000 - £28,000 - Amazing additional benefits - one of the greatest pension schemes available, private medical covering, extra day off on your Birthday + more

Responsibilities

You will play a pro-active part in our customers remaining committed to completing their retirement journey through our service by delivering a great customer experience.

You will do this by ensuring that all pre-application activities are processed in a timely manner and the customers' expectations are managed appropriately, guaranteeing customers receive the right outcome whilst also maximising Group profit.

You will also keep your knowledge of our propositions and products up to date to ensure the customer maintains a strong level of understanding of our service, its scope and any products that are bought on a non-advised basis or recommended through our advised service.

The Ideal Person

  • Calls or Sales experience
  • Webchat experience preferrred or great written skills
  • Finance call experience preferred - e.g. banks etc.
  • Confident on the phone
  • Great attention to detail levels
  • Customer orientated
