Customer Service Agent (With German / Spanish or French)

Job Description

VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Customer Support Admin for a major company that specialises in Global Sales.

This is a Full-time position - Monday - Friday position. Flexible start times available : 8.00am / 8.30am / 9.00am.

Permanent position - Position of work is Dromore (Country Tyrone).

Salary:

£26,000 - £28,000 + Fantastic Benefits package

Responsibilities:

  • Providing a high level of customer service to both new and existing customers.
  • Troubleshooting and guiding first time customers through the deposit and bidder number allocation process.
  • Analysing data and reports to establish new customer trends.
  • Assisting with Auction Support when needed.
  • Maintaining a positive working relationship with other departments.

The Ideal Person:

  • Experience in similar role
  • Second Language either German, Spanish or French.
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills, and enjoy engaging with customers.
