Salary: £22,000 per annum

Job Overview:


VANRATH is excited to be working with our client to recruit a Customer Service Adviser for a project-based role in Dunmurry. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic team environment. This is an office-based position with a focus on assisting customers with their banking queries and educating them on available products and services.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer queries, providing friendly and helpful assistance.
  • Take pride in going the extra mile for customers and ensuring their needs are fully met.
  • Identify customer needs and provide education on existing and new products and services.
  • Assist customers on their banking journey and promote the bank's digital offerings.
  • Take ownership of customer queries, explore all options, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Act as an ambassador for the bank's products and services, promoting a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and individual goals, contributing to a supportive team environment.
  • Ensure every customer interaction exceeds expectations.


Requirements:

  • No banking experience required - we are looking for individuals with a passion for customer service.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • A proactive attitude in identifying customer needs and finding solutions.
  • Enthusiastic about educating customers on banking products and services.
