What you'll do

  • Welcome and assist customers with their banking needs in a friendly manner
  • Support customers in accessing services via phone, online channels, or on-site ATMs
  • Perform basic maintenance on ATMs and help customers operate devices confidently
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all visitors
  • Handle customer concerns diligently and escalate safety or service issues as required
  • Promote and support the organisation's services within the local community to build trust and engagement
