What you'll do

The successful Credit Controller will play an important role within the Belfast Finance Team and will report to the Head of Finance and will be responsible for;

• Reduce debtor days in line with agreed targets
• Implement best practice procedures in cash collection
• Maintain log of all credit control activities
• Liaise with Partners to ensure timely resolution of queries
• Build on-going relations with clients
• Monitor and collect outstanding debtor balances in accordance with agreed targets
• Management of ebilling portals to include invoice uploads, budget and time keeper entries, dealing with queries from clients and colleagues
• Other finance duties that may be required
