The Role
- Posting and allocating daily cash receipts
- Contribute to the preparations and completion of key reports for management
- Account reconciliations
- Regular contact with customers to arrange secure payment for due and overdue billing
- Promptly identifying customer invoice queries and obstacles to payment and expediting their resolution
- Month end billing procedures
- Administrative duties, including electronic and paper filing
- Consolidation of Debtor Days
The ideal Candidate
The ideal Candidate should have at 1 years' experience and should have:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong communications skills
- IT literate with strong Excel Skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and work on their own initiative
