About you:
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a credit control role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Demonstrates professionalism, tact, and diplomacy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What you'll do:
- Manage and oversee specific debtor accounts to ensure timely payments
- Chase overdue invoices via phone, email, and letters with a polite and confident approach
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve queries and maintain smooth customer accounts
- Monitor credit limits and assist in month-end closing activities
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and internal teams
- Support credit control processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Contribute to a safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations
