Responsibilities:
- Manage the collection of overdue accounts
- Generate weekly aged debt reports
- Work to reduce debtor days
- Collaborate with collections agencies
- Allocate daily payments to accounts
- Regularly monitor in-house credit limits
- Facilitate refunds when necessary
- Establish accounts for new customers
- Maintain and update customer details in the CRM system
About you:
- 2 years of experience in credit control
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong administrative skills
- Team player with a supportive attitude
