Responsibilities:

- Manage the collection of overdue accounts
- Generate weekly reports on aged debt
- Work to reduce debtor days
- Collaborate with collections agencies
- Allocate daily payments to accounts
- Monitor in-house credit limits regularly
- Facilitate refunds when necessary
- Establish accounts for new customers
- Maintain and update customer details in the CRM system

About you:

- 2 years experience in credit control
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Strong administrative skills
- Supportive team player
