Credit Control Manager
Are you an experienced Credit Controller with FMCG experience? You could join an global company that supplies its products on an international scale. VANRATH are searching for an experienced Credit Control Manager to join a growing finance team. Within a commercial setting, the Credit Control manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships and maximising cash collection and reducing aged debt.

What you'll do
- Assist with the implementation of credit processes and procedures
- Streamline day-to-day processes to enhance efficiency of the ERP system
- Assess potential customers, determine credit limits and terms
- Manage and support the development of the credit control team
- Responsibility of debtor accounts
- Creating and monitoring KPI's for aged debt and monthly cash flows
- Liaise other departments to ensure smooth order processing and minimise credit risk
- Oversee the queries to ensure timely resolution
- Present aged debtor reports, cash flow forecasting and other relevant reports to the Finance Team and Senior stakeholders
About you
- A minimum of 3 years' credit management experience, at a senior management level in a FMCG B2B company
- Commercial experience
- CICM membership
- Strong financial analysis skills, advanced Excel skills
- Proven experience of leading and developing a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to influence key internal and external stakeholders
