Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The successful candidate will be part of Business Change training team responsible for delivering training of a new system to every member of user.

Responsible for delivering training on at least one application within the system including teaching classes of up to 20 people over a 3 month period

Key Responsabilites

  • Conduct software training seminars for classes of up to 20
  • Liaise with key trainers to prepare approved training documents
  • Assist with course materials creation e.g. Leaflets,manuals, elearning
  • Maintain training records

Essential Criteria

Candidates must have 1 of the following 3 criteria to be considered for the role, and must possess a valid UK driving licence

  1. Hold a degree, or relevant Professional Qualification or equivalent, or higher qualification and 1 years' experience working in Training/ Learning & Development or Human Resources

  2. Certificate in Personnel Practice, or Certificate in Training Practice, or equivalent and 2 years' experience working in Training, Learning & Development or Human Resources

  3. 4 years' experience working in Training, Learning & Development or Human Resources

Desireable Criteria

  • Demonstrate an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong presentation/facilitation skills
  • Project administration skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications including excel, access, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing Interview / Test
