Corporate Solicitor (2-10 Years PQE)
Location: Belfast (Hybrid)

We are thrilled to be partnering with one of Northern Ireland's leading commercial law firms as they expand their highly regarded Corporate team. Following a period of sustained growth and strategic development, the firm is now seeking two ambitious Corporate Solicitors to join a busy, collaborative, and forward-thinking practice.

The Role
You will work alongside experienced Partners and senior colleagues, advising a diverse range of clients - from emerging businesses to major corporations and investors. This role offers exposure to a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial work, including:
Mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructures
Drafting and negotiating SPAs, shareholder agreements, and investment agreements
Advising on corporate governance and general company law matters
Commercial contracts, due diligence exercises, and cross-departmental projects

About You
Qualified Solicitor with 2-10 years PQE
Transactional corporate experience is welcome, but candidates with strong commercial contracts experience and a desire to develop in corporate work are strongly encouraged to apply
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with a track record of building strong client relationships
Commercially minded, proactive, and a collaborative team player
Open to candidates from a variety of corporate or commercial backgrounds, including those seeking to broaden their M&A experience
