Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 + Bonus

The Role

The successful candidate will work as part of a highly regarded corporate team, advising on a wide range of high-value and complex transactions. The role will include exposure to mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, corporate restructuring, and general corporate governance.

You'll work closely with major local, national and international clients across diverse sectors, gaining invaluable experience and the opportunity to play a key role in delivering innovative legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising on and managing a broad range of corporate transactions

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex corporate documentation

  • Supporting clients on governance, compliance and shareholder matters

  • Building strong client relationships and providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments on cross-disciplinary matters

  • Contributing to the growth and success of one of NI's most recognised corporate practices

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland (dual qualification with England & Wales desirable)

  • Strong experience in corporate transactions and commercial advisory work

  • Excellent technical knowledge coupled with commercial acumen

  • Outstanding communication and client relationship skills

  • Highly motivated, with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment
