About you
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive financial leadership experience
- Minimum 5 years' senior leadership within the charity or not-for-profit sector
- Proven track record in developing income generation strategies and expanding organisational revenue streams
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills across internal teams and external partners
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of charity governance, risk management, and legal considerations
What you'll do
- Lead and inspire all enabling functions: Finance, Income Generation, IT, Administration, and Facilities
- Drive strategic planning, business growth, and organisational development
- Oversee financial sustainability, budgets, and compliance with relevant standards
- Develop and implement income generation initiatives, including social enterprise growth
- Lead digital transformation through innovative IT strategies and data security
- Manage facilities, safety, sustainability efforts, and administrative excellence
- Represent the organisation at sector forums and foster valuable partnerships
