About you

  • Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with significant experience in financial leadership, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing income generation strategies
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role within a comparable setting
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence a wide range of audiences
  • Solid understanding of legal due diligence, risk management, and contract oversight
  • Strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative leadership style

What you'll do

  • Provide leadership and direction to the senior management team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and values
  • Lead on financial planning, including budgeting, compliance, and long-term sustainability
  • Develop and drive income diversification strategies, supporting social enterprise growth
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and engagement
  • Oversee corporate services such as IT, Facilities, and Administration, ensuring compliance and sustainability
  • Act as an ambassador for the organisation at sector events and partnerships, promoting its mission and impact
