About you
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with extensive financial leadership experience, preferably within the charity or non-profit sector
- Proven track record in developing and executing income generation strategies
- At least 5 years' senior leadership experience in a similar environment
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and influencing diverse audiences
- Knowledgeable in legal due diligence, risk management, and contract administration
- Strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and collaborative leadership approach
What you'll do
- Lead and inspire the senior management team, ensuring alignment with organisational values and mission
- Oversee financial strategy, including budgeting, compliance, and long-term sustainability planning
- Develop and oversee income diversification initiatives, supporting social enterprise activities and income growth
- Drive digital transformation projects, enhancing operational efficiency and supporter engagement
- Manage corporate services including IT, Facilities, and Administration, ensuring regulatory compliance and sustainability
- Represent the organisation at sector forums and strategic partnerships, advocating for social impact and organisational excellence
