Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing Big 4 firm committed to excellence in financial management and strategic advisory services. As part of the firms expansion plans, they are seeking a highly motivated and recently qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Corporate Finance team.
As a Corporate Finance Chartered Accountant, you will play a crucial role in driving financial success and providing strategic insights to clients. This position offers a unique opportunity for a newly qualified professional to develop their career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

Financial Analysis and Modelling: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, create complex financial models, and evaluate financial performance to support decision-making processes.
Valuation and Due Diligence: Assist in conducting business valuations and due diligence processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Participate in M&A transactions by supporting deal structuring, financial due diligence, and integration planning.
Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure financial statements and reports comply with accounting standards and regulatory guidelines.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing professional and timely financial advice.
Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to clients.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations.

About you

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Strong academic background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Excellent understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and corporate finance concepts.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in financial analysis, modelling, and valuation.
  • Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
