They are currently seeking experienced and ambitious Chartered Accountants to fill Assistant Manager and Manager roles within our Corporate Finance practice.
As an Assistant Manager / Manager in Corporate Finance, you will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to high-profile transactions, providing strategic financial advice to a diverse portfolio of clients. This role offers a unique chance to further develop your expertise in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Lead and support client engagements in all phases of M&A transactions, from deal origination to post-deal integration.
Financial Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive financial due diligence reviews, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Valuation Services: Undertake business valuations using various methodologies and contribute to the development of valuation models.
Financial Modelling: Develop and analyse complex financial models to assist clients in decision-making and strategic planning.
Transaction Structuring: Work closely with clients to structure transactions that align with their strategic objectives and maximize value.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on financial matters.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all client engagements adhere to relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
About you
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Substantial experience in Corporate Finance within a professional services environment.
- In-depth knowledge of M&A processes, due diligence, and transaction advisory services.
- Proficient in financial modeling and business valuation techniques.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent client-facing and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and under tight deadlines.
