About you
- Qualified Solicitor 3 Years PQE+
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Experience in Corporate M&A transactions.
What you'll do
- Involved in all aspects of M&A, VC and PE deals
- Support members of the senior team on Joint ventures and Reorganisations.
- Work on national projects, supporting clients across the UK.
