Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Remote Role (Exclusive Opportunity)
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Bonus

We are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading law firm to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor for a fully remote position. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a progressive and supportive firm that values both professional development and work-life balance.

The Role


You will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds, and related documents
  • Carrying out title checks and property searches
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and AML requirements

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with 1-5 years PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage files independently while providing high-quality client care
