The Role

You'll be joining a busy conveyancing team and will take ownership of a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters. The role offers the ideal blend of independence and support, with the added benefit of hybrid working to help you balance your professional and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an existing caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Deal with sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Deliver clear, practical legal advice and maintain excellent standards of client service.
• Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure all work complies with regulatory and legal requirements.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in residential conveyancing (we welcome applications from all PQE levels).
• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong communicator with excellent client care skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a high-quality service.
• A proactive team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
