The Role
The firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy property team. The successful candidate will manage their own residential conveyancing caseload, working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
This role would suit someone looking to take the next step in their career within a stable and supportive team, offering a high degree of autonomy alongside ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload independently
Handling transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion
Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and related legal documentation
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements
Providing clear, timely, and professional updates to clients
Supporting the wider property team as required
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland
Proven experience in residential conveyancing
Strong technical knowledge and sound professional judgement
Excellent communication and client care skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
