Conveyancing Solicitor (1-3 PQE) - Belfast (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

The Role
The firm is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE to join its expanding property team. You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters while delivering a high level of client care. This is an opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced and supportive team, gaining exposure to quality work and continued professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, reports on title, and associated documentation
- Conducting searches, title checks, and due diligence
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures
- Contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the property department
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Committed to delivering a quality, client-focused service
