Senior Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Greater Belfast Area
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Bonus
Contract: Full-time or Part-time | Hybrid (2 days from home)

Renowned for its client-focused approach and technical excellence, the firm continues to expand and now seeks a talented Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to lead its residential property department.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing solicitor who is ready to take the next step in their career, with a clear route towards partnership. You will manage a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload while helping shape the department's future growth - supported by a skilled and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse residential conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new-builds.
Supervise and mentor junior solicitors, paralegals, and support staff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
Contribute to the department's strategic growth and development.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
Uphold the firm's reputation for quality service and client care.
About You
Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with 5+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
Demonstrated ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
Ambitious, proactive, and seeking progression towards partnership.
Strong client relationship and communication skills.
Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail.
Experience supervising or developing junior team members is advantageous.
