Location: County Down Area
We are very pleased to be working with a leading law firm in the County Down area to recruit a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy and well-regarded property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing to join a progressive firm that values work-life balance and offers flexible, hybrid working arrangements. The successful candidate will handle a broad range of property transactions, including residential sales and purchases, apartments, and new-builds. Experience with agricultural or land/site matters would be an advantage but is not essential.
You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team within a long-established practice known for its friendly culture and strong staff retention.

- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable overseeing all aspects of file and financial management, including billing
