Conveyancing Solicitor (Full-Time / Part-Time)
Location: Belfast
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

The Role
The firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join its busy property team. The successful candidate will manage their own residential conveyancing caseload, working closely with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Handling transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements
- Providing clear, timely, and professional updates to clients
- Supporting the wider property team as required
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland
- 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge and sound professional judgement
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
