Conveyancing Solicitor - County Armagh
Location: County Armagh (multiple office locations across the region)
PQE: Open to all levels of post-qualification experience
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000, depending on experience
Area: Residential Conveyancing

I am working with a well-established law firm with offices throughout County Armagh, currently seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team. This firm is known for its strong client relationships, supportive team culture, and longstanding presence in the local property market.

About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to manage a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. You will work alongside experienced colleagues, with administrative support provided, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion

  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors

  • Draft and review contracts, title documentation, and reports

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements

  • Deliver excellent client care and maintain accurate records

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing (all levels of PQE considered)

  • Strong communication and client service skills

  • Ability to manage files independently with strong attention to detail

  • Organised, professional, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

  • A team player who is confident in building strong client relationships
