The Role
The firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team. This role will focus on residential conveyancing, providing high-quality legal services to clients throughout the conveyancing process. The position offers the flexibility of hybrid working as well as the option of full-time or part-time hours, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to balance career and lifestyle. You will also benefit from strong administrative support, allowing you to focus on the legal aspects of your caseload.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
  • Drafting, reviewing, and advising on contracts, title documents, and associated paperwork
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
  • Providing clear, practical, and professional advice to clients
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies


The Person:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently, with admin support available
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to build strong professional relationships
