About you:

  • 5-8 years' experience managing fit-out, shopfitting, or refurbishment projects
  • Proven track record in delivering fast-track projects in live environments
  • Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and commercial skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Relevant degree (Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related)

What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery
  • Maintain project programmes, driving activities to meet key milestones
  • Support and motivate site teams and manage stakeholders across Ireland
  • Oversee budgets, monitor cash flow, and work with the commercial team to ensure profitability
  • Promote high standards of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) compliance
  • Support tendering and business development activities for new fit-out opportunities
