About you:
- 5-8 years' experience managing fit-out, shopfitting, or refurbishment projects
- Proven track record in delivering fast-track projects in live environments
- Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and commercial skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships effectively
- Relevant degree (Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related)
What you'll do:
- Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain project programmes, driving activities to meet key milestones
- Support and motivate site teams and manage stakeholders across Ireland
- Oversee budgets, monitor cash flow, and work with the commercial team to ensure profitability
- Promote high standards of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) compliance
- Support tendering and business development activities for new fit-out opportunities
