Are you looking for a Contracts Manager role? Interested in working for a leading contractor who specialise in a wide range of sectors.
VANRATH are recruiting a Contracts Manager to work on leading projects based out of Strabane
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
- Monitor site progress, lead contract reviews and resolve any technical issues
- Co-ordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, design teams and site staff
- Ensure contractual compliance with relevant contracts
The Ideal Person:
- 5+ years' experience in a contracts manager/project manager role
- Experience of working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of contractual requirements and standards
- Excellent communicator
- Commercial awareness and understanding of cost control procedures
- Willingness to travel to sites when necessary
