Contract Delivery Manager - Construction - Residential

Due to our clients continued Growth, we are delighted to be recruiting a Construction Contract Delivery manager on their behalf, as the Construction Contract Delivery manager you will collaborate on behalf of the client with the Main Contractor / Principal Contractor and internal teams, to ensure successful project execution, compliance with regulations, and adherence to quality standards. The primary objective is to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant industry standards and legal requirements.

Key Skills

• Client-side project management, including stakeholder, schedule and contract management.
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders and members of the multi-disciplinary project team.
• Manage the efficient delivery of project management team outputs, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards.
• Support the co-ordination and sign-off of all management information produced by the project management team prior to issue.
• Good working knowledge of NEC3 / NEC4 / JCT contracts or similar, and commercial awareness
• Complete site visits as required.
• Ensure key project management documents are regularly reviewed and updated.
• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in project management and execution.
• Keep up to date on industry developments, new technologies, and best practice.

Essential Criteria

• Third level Qualification in relevant field e.g. construction/ project management
• 5-10 years of experience in residential multifamily new builds construction (preferably)
• 3+ years of Tender process experience (full pack, management and sign off)
• Have a valid driving licence and be willing to travel. (NI only)

Desirable Criteria

• Good IT skills, including previous use with Microsoft Excel and Project.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Problem solving Mentality.
