Continuous Improvement Manager
VANRATH are working with a local manufacturing company established over 20 years ago. They are a market leader with a huge interest in sustainability.
About your next role

• To support the development and drive the adoption of a C.I. culture and methodology
• Supporting the Operations Manager, Production Supervisors, and other Supply Chain leaders to develop a performance culture within our business
• Support and contribute to the introduction of appropriate LEAN tools & techniques to systematically improve overall performance
• Support the implementation of optimal planning in conjunction with Manufacturing & Supply Chain Planning
• Support the understanding of our stock process, yield improvement, mix variance & transactional excellence to deliver our stretching strategic imperatives.

Essential Criteria

• Experience in logistical processes
• 3+ years in a LEAN manufacturing environment
• Workshop experience
• A strong understanding of continuous improvement processes, tools, and capability building
• Demonstrable ability to deliver using multiple LEAN tools & techniques
• Good understanding of change management to deliver the consistent change
• Ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture
