About you
- Proven background in construction, ideally progressing from a trade discipline
- Hands-on experience in groundworks, civils, and new-build projects
- Strong track record in project delivery outside of fit-out roles
- Confident in operating within live environments with strict health & safety standards
- Proactive, practical approach with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage programmes, trades, and subcontractors efficiently
- Effective communicator with strong organisational skills
- Holds SSSTS or SMSTS certification and willing to travel across Northern Ireland
What you'll do
- Take ownership of daily site operations, managing groundworks, civils, and new build activities
- Supervise trades and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship
- Coordinate project sequencing and drive progress to meet deadlines
- Maintain full compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, and site procedures
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and design teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitor productivity, site quality, and overall efficiency from start to finish
