This is a career-defining opportunity to join a dynamic Audit Payments team and partner with high-profile financial services firms across the UK. The successful candidate will support clients in meeting regulatory challenges with confidence and clarity, whilst developing their own consultancy skills and gaining exposure to diverse projects.
The Compliance Consultant will play a key role in delivering audits and assurance reviews, building trusted client relationships, and contributing to a united, ambitious culture. Occasional travel to London will be required to support clients onsite.
Responsibilities
Support audits and assurance reviews for leading payments and e-money clients
Deliver compliance projects in financial crime, safeguarding, and information security
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and regulators
Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and Europe to share insights and best practice
Gain exposure to board-level decision-making and client strategy
Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years' experience in compliance, audit, or assurance (FS preferred)
Analytical mindset with curiosity and drive to deepen technical expertise
Strong organisational skills and pride in delivering high-quality work
Professional outlook and ability to thrive in a collaborative, people-first culture
