About you
- Must hold or be working towards CIPD Level 5
AND/OR
- Must hold or be working towards NEBOSH qualification
- Two years' experience of working in a generalist HR environment
- Experience of providing professional support and guidance to others to prevent or resolve issues
- Experience of participating and driving Organisational Compliance e.g. Health and Safety, ISO activities; to ensure adherence to standards
- Experience of contributing to improving practices ad/or procedures; by supporting the delivery of a modernisation project or supporting an improvement to business processes
What you'll do
- Be responsible for maintaining records in accordance with ISO Overview Procedure and manage Freedom of Information and Data Protection requests
- Manage the Section 75 reporting function
- Undertake investigations in relation to disciplinary and grievance
- Support recruitment and selection processes
- Support the Facilities Manager in development and delivery of infrastructure management
- Support the Health and Safety and Environment People Partner with the promotion of a positive Health and Safety and an environmentally friendly culture across the organisation
