About the Role
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Company Accountant will manage the day-to-day operations of the finance department. You'll lead on monthly management reporting, annual budgeting, and cash flow forecasting, while ensuring robust financial controls and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present accurate monthly management accounts to the senior leadership team
Lead the preparation of annual budgets and cash flow forecasts
Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with reporting standards
Oversee and support a small finance team, including transactional finance staff
Provide financial analysis and insight to support business planning and performance
About You
Fully or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
Strong Excel and IT skills, with experience using accounting systems
Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time-management skills
Proactive communicator with a hands-on approach
Confident working independently and taking ownership of key finance processes
